Returns & Refunds Policy

OB Eyewear

Returns

At OB Eyewear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item in-store with the original invoice within:

  • 14 days from the invoice date for in-store purchases.

  • 14 days from the delivery date for online orders.

Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days from the purchase or delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items must be unscratched and in their original condition.

  • The original invoice must be presented.

Important Note

Ophthalmic lenses (custom prescription lenses) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Online Order Returns

If an order contains both returnable and non-returnable items, only the returnable items will be accepted for return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or in-store.

  • Processing time: 3–7 working days after the return is approved.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

OB Eyewear welcomes exchanges for:

  • Optical frames

  • Sunglasses

  • Accessories

Items may be exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused.

  • It is in its original packaging.

  • It has no scratches or damage.

  • The original invoice is presented.

Frames with Lenses

Frames that have already been fitted with lenses may still be exchanged for a different model, provided the above conditions are met.

However:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of new lenses.

  • Any price difference between frames must be paid.


Online Order Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item purchased online:

  1. Return the product in-store following the return conditions.

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.


Comfort Guarantee (Progressive Lenses)

For progressive lenses purchased in-store, OB Eyewear offers a Comfort Guarantee.

If you are unable to adapt comfortably to your progressive lenses:

  • Visit our store within 60 days of purchase.

  • Bring the original receipt.

We will exchange them for:

  • Two separate lenses

    • One for distance vision

    • One for reading

The replacement lenses must be equivalent to the original progressive lenses in terms of:

  • Index

  • Treatment

  • Coating

  • Measurements
